Lotte Lyngsted Jepsen is co-founding partner of Copenhagen based innovation and design agency Kirk, Hatch & Bloom. Lotte has been working with design thinking, service design and user-centered design for more than 15 years, focusing on promoting social sustainability. In the recent years, she has been working with circular design as well to fulfill the brand mission: To accelerate sustainability – social and environmental – through design.
Jacob Mathew

Trained as an industrial designer, Jacob is CEO of Industree Foundation. Industree promotes creative manufacturing enterprises that are producer owned. Jacob is also Design Principal, Impact Edge, the social enterprise lab at Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design and Technology, Bangalore, India. Having spent the first 25 years of his work life, using design to transform businesses, Jacob now leverages business, design and entrepreneurship at the bottom of economic pyramid to transform society in India and Africa.
